Font Development:
I started off with a relatively ornate font “Cardinal Alternative”. I wanted to link this to the Environment in general and thought a curvy more traditional font would give me a good starting point. I started by using commas from another font to make flourishes, like vines of certain plants, added leaves to certain areas, and curved the harsh bar of the E that wasn’t fitting well with the look of the font.
